Deposits and Cancellations

To schedule a new patient appointment with Tranquil Tabby Mobile Cat Vet, a deposit will be collected equal to the appointment fee. It is the client’s responsibility to be available for this scheduled appointment or to call us in the event of needing to cancel or reschedule. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 business hours of the scheduled time.

For our established patients, a deposit will be collected depending on the type of appointment scheduled. For appointments with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. For appointments without a deposit, a Late Cancellation Fee equal to the cost of the appointment will apply if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

In the event that our team arrives at a home for a scheduled appointment and the family is not available, and no request was made to cancel or reschedule the appointmnet, any deposits will be non-refundable and appropriate Late Cancellation Fees will be applied.

Exceptions to these rules will be made at the discretion of the veterinary team after consideration of circumstances.
