Deposits and Cancellations

To reserve an appointment with Tranquil Tabby Mobile Cat Vet, a deposit will be collected equal to the visit fee. It is the client’s responsibility to be available for this scheduled appointment or to call us in the event of needing to reschedule or cancel.

To reschedule or cancel an exam, please contact us via email or phone no less than 24 hours before the scheduled exam.

Any request to reschedule or cancel and exam within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is subject to forfeit of the deposit. Exceptions to this rule will be made at the discretion of the veterinary team after consideration of circumstances.

If our team arrives at a home for a scheduled visit and the family is not available, and no request was made to reschedule or cancel the exam, the deposit will be forfeited.
