Client Conduct Policy

In our dedication to providing a calm and safe environment during our home visits, we have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior by clients. Behaviors we will not accept include:

Verbal abuse or physical abuse

Malicious or harmful statements about others

Offensive outbursts such as yelling or screaming 

Direct or implied threats, intimidation tactics

Aggressive or menacing behaviors towards people or pets

Discriminatory comments or actions

Any form of harassment

Staff-directed profanity or name-calling  

Any other objectionable behavior that disrupts or disturbs our team

In the event a client engages in any of these behaviors, we will discontinue services immediately. Copies of medical records will be sent to the address on file, and no further services will be offered to the client or members of their household.
